MAGPI is seeking a qualified Manager of Educational Services to join the MAGPI team! 

Responsibilities include:
Develop, facilitate, and coordinate new teaching methodologies across grade schools and higher educational institutions through the use of educational technology. Interact directly with current and potential content partners and members of the Mid-Atlantic Gigapop in Philadelphia for Internet2 (MAGPI) on a local, regional, national, and international scale. Seek grant opportunities that benefit both MAGPI and its member community. Supervise and coordinate the contributions of contract and consulting staff to meet the goals and objectives as established by the Director. This is a two-year term position.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education or related field, and a minimum of three years of experience, preferably with educational program development (relevant classroom experience is acceptable), or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master's degree preferred. Demonstrated management experience and excellent writing, including grant writing, and presentation skills, including large group presentations in person and on camera. Must be able to work independently and have excellent project coordination skills. Experience with the development and deployment of curriculum using technological tools strongly preferred. A strong distance learning interest/focus and expertise in a foreign language are a plus.
